We are wealthy country. We have decent public education for all people, plus the poor kids get free lunch to boot. We even bus the poorer kids to the higher income neighborhood schools. What's the problem then? How come the IQ's don't increase for the blacks and hispanics?

I think we're going to have to stop the contest, and declare you as the WINNER.

How can any logical, truthful person spin those FACTS ?

Exactly!

(And, if you'll read back in the postings I think you'll find that that particular study started with the ASSUMPTION of a baseline 'IQ' ratio for the United States of '100', for the purposes of the study only. Not an actual measurement of anything in the US at all, but an assumption for the purposes of comparison. Also no delving into sub-divisions of the American population either....)
