Ken, The latest info I have shows their corporate phone no. as 1-800-406-7668; Corporate Secretary is Pam Jensen. Their Investor Relations is apparently handled by Landon Barretto of Barretto Pacific Corp. (206-583-8370). If your stock is in "street name", you should be getting your annual Reports from your broker, not directly from the company. You should check out the new www.sedar.com site. It's Canada's equivalent of EDGAR, with copies of annual reports, quarterlies, press releases, etc., from most (possibly all) public companies, dating back to the beginning of this year. I received some correspondence from Chi-Na-Ta today. They have a toll free telephone number for Canada and Continental US which is 1-800-406-7668 (for ROOT). They have a website at www.chainata.com. One Pam Jensen, Corporate Secretary, seems to be in charge of shareholder information. I received a Third Quarter Report dated August 1997. This apparently has been revised and replaces a previous one which did not reflect the stock consolidation which occurred 24 Oct.'96. The Company address is 5965-205A Street, LANGLEY, BC Canada, V3A 8C4 (that's the zip code). Hope this helps. Babblefish
