Well, RRE has been a pretty depressing subject after the bubble popped and we could all pat ourselves on the back for being "right", if somewhat too early.

It's starting to GET interesting again. Lots of bargains out there for people with cash. My plan was to have cash, but I ended up with no chair, in a house, when the music stopped!

In retrospect, I should have kept the cash and taken a mortgage on the house - then I could have walked too! Instead, I bought the house for cash! Can't walk on MYSELF..

I don't know why there are so many neocon types here now. Maybe they were always here, but on the down low, what with Bush and all? Now, with Obama not being much different, they feel liberated?
