Looks like Merril is hungry for shares today at these bargain prices.

LVL2 has shown MLCO (merril lynch) buying all the shares it could get today sitting not only at best bid ALL DAY but chasing it up and down without ever sitting on best ask.

Merril's accumulating, my predication is look for an upgrade in the coming weeks once merril has gotten their fill of VVUS.

Mark, " Vivus is losing the PR war".
I don't think so. If I were Vivus management I too would be loath to advertise a product that you can't deliver: it would look stupid and it would upset patients.I think the PR machine will be turned on full bast as soon as their new facility gets approved.
