Tim your debate is obscuring the issue: RACISM was the focal point of the discussion. RACISM was the focal point of the Prosecutor and Israeli Court. Considering one's ethnicity to determine whether a crime was committed is ipso facto RACIST IN THE FIRST DEGREE!!!!!!! By the way, your technique in arguing minutiae to exhaust an argument and divert the original speaker from their trend of thought is employed "consistently" by a "certain" group of people.
