I dont think thats a bad option. i just own tons of it as it is. im still hoping they will increase the exchane rate too. other point is i dont know how good i feel about the dividend. i think ttt is a candian company and now you get into these tax witholding issues. and i hold a ton of mfcaf all in retirement accounts.

anyway i dont know how shareholders can realistically be expected to vote on this echange based upon current unaudited statements and a nebulous explanation. what is adjusted book value for the purpose of this merger? We will see what develops

looks like mfcaf swan song. mandatory conversion of remaining mfcaf shares into ttt happening today. snowed in here. brrrr!

working on my portfolio allocations today. trying to shore up the energy side of my portfolio.
