First of all it is the NASD not the NASDAQ. Secondly, we are on the Alberta not the Toronto. Thirdly, I never said it was Peak's fault for the recent hold-up. The hold-up has to do with the acquisition of Chameleon Bridge Technologies over 18 months ago. There are differences in how Canadian accountants vs. U.S. accountants value the deal. This is not Peak's fault. No one wants to get off the Alberta more than the people at Peak do. From what you posted: "From the Toronto exchange not from PEAK according to my conversation with Fowler last week. It's not the negative facts that are the problem, it's the negative attitude." It is very hard to figure out what you are talking about.
