It can use various strategies to deal with the environmental change... including changing itself: putting different types of lipids in it's cell membrane for example. Further, it can mutate and learn to LIVE ON what used to kill it.

People regulate their own temperature... they actually DONT require constant temperatures.

Don't know... I just know every cell exhibits more intelligence than anything we've made by far.
