Zebra,

Actually, I was only half kidding about debentures. Another offering now, absent strong contract announcement(s) to overcome it, would be a setback. Debt is a cleaner deal, but may not be an easy sell absent profitability, as you say. It wouldn't surprise me if the thread could raise much of the required capital while giving the company the running room it needs.
