The injustice, and the civilian deaths, are primarily the result of Taliban actions. Esp. if you consider Taliban actions broadly (for example hiding amongst civilians, firing from civilian areas at coalition forces, who then fire back and may kill a civilian etc.), but its even true if your only considering direct actions (bombing civilians intentionally, attacking coalition forces and killing civilians in the process, etc.) America has an obligation to modify it's agenda in Afghanistan. Why? How? To What?
