When I lived in California that was a continuous argument.
If you don't want to go in the water I would tend to agree but I never liked the marine fog layer that didn't burn off until noon.

But I thought we were talking about water temperature.

Ain't that the truth..Even Sacramento weather or Denver weather gives you so many more dry comfortable a/c and heat free days year round than down here. We got four great months if lucky...rest of the year is tropical swamp hell but being on the ocean is always incredible and like living in a different world...
