IMO, that blustering blockhead milked more money out of the system than anyone I can think of - except maybe Krapass Kennedy and the BIG DIG. Obviously the TAX & SQUANDER crowd want to toast him with our money, and then they will probably start a 'new policy' by putting a Star for him in the Capitol reflecting pond sidewalk. Of course they will need the Park Police to guard the Star in perpetuity, since they sure can't do police work (i.e.: Vince Foster). .
