The ocean is awesome but so few get to really get out there are caught in the rat race of daily life here. There are many down here who prefer the heat and humidity but most of them just don't know any better. It is a revolving door cause so many are leaving because of it as well. You've lived in CA and here..That is cool and gives you a much better perspective than most that this is really the place for you..
