You may be right, I'm just not sure where the Toronto fits in.

Hi David and Steve and all! Regarding the Toronto verses Alberta question and the NASD request, you are both correct. The NASD has requested some further information regarding the aqcuisition of CBT in 1996 and needed clarification regarding a change to our balance sheet requested in June 97 by the OSC (Ontario Securities Commission). They are simply performing continued due diligence. The company preferred to write off all goodwill created by the transaction but the OSC insisted in adding it to the assets. We have since organized our statements to conform to US GAP and received an opinion that the OSC was out of line.

We are making every effort to complete the OTC-BB listing and are equally as frustrated with the delays.

Looking forward to COMDEX, please drop by the booth if any of you on this thread are in the area. Veritas can wear a disguise so as to protect his/her real identity.

Steve is right, NM version 1.0 shipped to our duplicators on Nov. 4, 1997. By show time we will be at slected retailers and in the process of delivering to others.

Best regards

Doug Foster
