You betcha he'd close them down if he could. And he's got his eyes on talk radio and the internet. Perhaps all it would take is that next terror attack that he so generously said the United States could "absorb"!!!!!! .

Considering that, what percentage of Blacks will simply not pay their taxes if they are not prompted to do so by receiving a tax form in the mail? Of the ones that do not pay, what are the chances that racists Holder and Obama will go after them?
