Like estimating building a $4 billion casino and resort in Las Vegas when you know it will go over $10 b. Won't find me disagreeing with you on that project.. And I recall that Ambac was reportedly on the hook for the bonds issued to build that rail system that LV defaulted on. I truly wish, if we're going to spend taxpayer's money, we'd do it for the purpose of creating value added products and productivity enhancing technologies/services. I still say the internet is a prime example of where taxpayer money was well invested and created a major long-term ROI. Hawk
