don't fool with double or triple short or long anything.

When I play then, I trade them for the day. I seldom hold them overnight.

As for longer term investments, I would probably go with energy related. It's a consumable, which means the more that is used, the rarer it becomes to find more (theoretically speaking).

If I bought any metals, it would be silver since it has so many industrial uses.
