Joe, combining modem and soundcard in one chip makes sense because both components have relatively long ULC. The problem is that MWave is a pioneer in this field and is backed by I.B.M, they now have a chips which can do 56k voice/fax/data communication + wavetable soundcard. Nevertheless, it is a nice little product of OAKT. Yes, the upside of OAKT is very high, the downside is very small but the probability of upside is not very high at this moment. Not a bad idea to accumlate now but I won't put any more money into this company nor will sell any shr below $12.00. aC
