It is ironic that McDonald's home of the super sizer and who has been attacked repeatedly for their food, should be awarded a waiver. The company is attacked for causing people to be over weight...government solution..., reward it!

Exactly how is a waiver granted? I mean if it is law, it is law. It appears we now have an arbitrary system of increased taxes on those the government choses to whip and exemptions for those who the government deems deserving.

Getting real monarch like here. When do they open the stocks and pillary? Public dunking and trial by ordeal next? What in the law gives the monarchy the right to waive the law for huge corporations? Hasn't McDonalds stock zoomed? They make a ton of money.
