Too late to save the speculators in Phoenix but did too much that it buried speculators in SRS? I can can see a big leg down on a big move up in interest rates in a short period of time or 1-2 years after the tea baggers control everything hypothetically by 2013. If the two happen simultaneously we get that 1937-38 type repeat
