I didn't see the IOM promo that you did, but I did watch CNBC this morning. They announced the new IBM tech and they started to speculate on what the results would be. The first thing Joe Kernen(?) said was that he suspected that it was geared at taking business away from Iomega! It is scarey to think how tech illiterate these guys really are. At least the heavy set fellow that anchors it (I'm terrible at names) piped in and said that Iomega is removable media and this was not.

At last they didn't light into Iomega and and make themselves look too stupid. Later they mentioned that this was more ReadRite's area and it would probably hurt them most. I did think it was funny that Joe wanted to wait to buy a computer until those $500 (preferably less) units were out. He thought $1000 was too much... Hard to tell if he was joking or not. After his statement about IBM vs. IOM I wasn't so sure...

Michael, yes, I saw the promo. Something about entrepeneurs? I guess they've been doing lots of companies: Best Buy, Outback ...
Wow, I guess IOM is a real company now.

I sold some Nov 30 calls when IOM hit 30 on 10/22. Is it more common to sell in the money calls if expecting a pull back to buy back in on?
