If they haven't filed for it then they aren't bankrupt. They must have retained the refunded cash from the BAI failure, that was about 225,000 if my memory serves. They are still in possesion of the data bases and file servers from neuropro and flexquote (for what its worth), WHAT CLAIMS, WHAT CLASS ACTION? WHAT THIRD PARTY? WHAT CREDITORS? Please explain if you are privy to anything that we are unaware of!!! or are you making this up as you go along? There are no new investors here....who are you trying to convince that this was a bad investment? We are all believers now, but some of us will not only get even, but i dare say will make money if they watch and wait patiently for the jolt of lightning that will raise this dog from the pet cemetery.
