MHR - Where did you get the 37% covered call price for the May 2011 $5 call for MHR? I can only find .35/.55 for bid/ask for the May 2011 $5 call, nowhere near the 37% you identified for the covered call.

What am I missing??

I hear you. will probably work out for you however, the options prices probably reflect the volatility associated with nat gas prices. I own my stuff in taxable accounts so I wll just sit out the ups and downs i guess, unless i have a good sized profit.

I need to get some advise from someone as to hedging choices with my huge slw position. I still love their prospects long term but at some point i will want to get some income start to protect the gains too.

gmxr and mhr they have both performed awesomely. now im sorry i didnt buy them in a tax deferred account. I dont think it makes sense for me to write any calls against them unless i can lock in a long term gain if they called away.
