Bentway, > Ms. Allred isn't suing Whitman for hiring an illegal. She's suing for the back pay, with overtime and interest, that Whitman owes poor, exploited on fear of being deported, Nicky Diaz. Not to mention the mental anguish, pain, humiliation and suffering.

You're still playing dumb. The fact that Nicky Diaz is here illegally already disqualifies her case under employment law. Not to mention that Diaz defrauded Meg.

Either that, or the legal system will have to set a precedent for enforcing minimum wage laws, overtime, and other workers' rights on illegal immigrants as well as legal residents. Especially illegal immigrants who fake their SS numbers.

Now if a case could be made for criminal abuse, Meg Whitman would be going down in flames. But this is just a dirty smear campaign by Allred who really has nothing of substance. Not even her "smoking gun" impressed the California MSM.

In any other state, such a publicity stunt would backfire, but here, I'll bet the response will be no net gain or loss for either side.

And all of that bulls--t amounts to ... $5,500.
