Ted, I'm more disgusted at Gloria Allred and Jerry Brown than I am at Meg Whitman and Nicky Diaz.

No one is a victim here, though. Nicky might have felt slighted by getting fired by Meg. Who knows, maybe Meg and her family treated her like s--t. Maybe that was worth $23/hour at the time.

But that's something the courts ought to decide. Not Gloria, Moonbeam, and their liberal cohorts milking this for political cheap shots.

Just watched AC360 and they claim that a review of the issues suggests that it was a political ploy on the part of Allred [not Brown.....just Allred]....to hurt Whitman and that the letter Allred showed is a form letter that goes out fairly regularly from SS. It doesn't entirely vindicate Whitman.......the Whitmans were told that there was something wrong with Diaz's SS card and the Whitmans should followed up. However, it does look like Allred was playing games. They also reminded viewers that Allred had done the same thing with Arnold. I had forgotten about that move. I keep forgetting that its CA......S CA.....and the rules of decency don't apply. So I take back what I said about Whitman.
