I'd not choose to get it in Baja Mexico either but it shows how inexpensive it can be if no worry about MDs, multi layers of profits for insurance companies and hospitals plus lawyers waiting on the edge for any small mistakes. How about going to Costa Rica for medical care? Many in the US are moving there for lower cost of living. Taxes are so high and going higher CA that there could be an exodus in the future and perhaps an investment opportunity there. Jim Cramer can't buy stocks but I heard he's buying land. I wonder what countries he's investing in now.
