Jan Schakowski characterizes the Republican's "Pledge to America" as "some sort of revolutionary plan" because it quotes heavily from the US Constitution and it embraces the 10th Amendment. We did some checking and it turns out Rep. Schakowski has, in fact, SWORN to protect and defend that very same Constitution, including the 10th Amendment. breitbart.tv
