In Germany LASRF opened today at DM 41,- and luckily I was able to add some more shares at this price (equal to US$ 24,-). I will sell this additional stock tomorrow hopefully with some quick profit. New York closing price of ESCMF=39.1875 LASRF=27.75 Value of LASRF: 0.75x39.1875=29.39 The discount is probably caused by missing information, and the risk of failure of this merger. I will keep about 50% of my current position for a longer time (LASRF's growth rate of 25-30% is not to bad) But just guessing arround, of course.. Regards Jens
