They are selling a ton of condos for next to nothing. Don't you think that tilts the median and mean prices downward? We've been at bottom well over 18 months here probably stay depressed a couple more years. Why should anyone doubt my predictions? Took a lot of heat from you doubters much of 2009 just as I along with you did from our fellow Floridians that we would crash earlier this decade...This board was a godsend back then when society was loonie. Now society and this board are loonie<ng>
