I like this thread.
If others want me to get off, please tell me, I certainly do not want to offend.
However, everything we say is ultimately to do with finances: finances of the stock market, our own material wealth, our innate wealth or lack of it, our dealings with others and the wealth or poverty of those relationships, its all finances.
Naturally I'd like a lot of money and hope I do very well in the stock market. And with my money in general.
But we can all lose everything tonight. Just ask the people who have had assets stolen, loved ones killed, and everything seized by both criminals and our own government.
So in the end- and not in the end but right now_ the spiritual aspect of our lives will affect how we feel about our finances.

My example of heaven as the meal to which everyone is invited when death comes, is not my creation. It was written by CS Lewis, an ardent Christian.

God's love and blessings to you all.
But remember:
You cannot be free to live life in your own way unless you give others the same freedom

Thank you for your post to Freeus, Shalom. First of all, another
female Christian investor is wonderful news. THought Freeus was
just another guy! Anyway, please, do join in on the Ask God
thread, as it is pure joy for me, and yes, I do wish to explain what
I feel about your questions. Personally I had so many questions
that one man who still somewhat dislikes me for those days stopped a Bible study and demanded, " O.K., so what should we do,
just start ripping out pages you don't agree with?" So
I believe healthy discussion of scripture until we all get what He
means is wonderful. Because the Word of God is wonderful.
