Grammy: Glad you agree! I actually had this same conversation with Doug Foster back in August. It was his idea to make everyone pay upfront before downloading the product. Then if they were not satisfied you had 30 days, from the time you downloaded it, to contact the company and ask for you money to be refunded. The company would send you a form that you would sign saying in good faith you would not use the product and they would refund your money after they received the signed contract. The research Peak had done showed this would dramatically increase sales because, in PeakJet's case, most people would not go to the trouble of getting a refund for a $29.00 product.

I was very excited about this and Doug said it would be starting in October. Well, as we all know this has never happened. When I have questioned Doug about it since then, he evades the question and often times speaks of PeakJet as if it is in the past and no longer important. Then there was that rumor that PeakJet may become FREE. I've never got to the bottom of this one either.

Either way, a 30 day free full working version of an $80 product (NetMagnet) seems to long to me. We don't want this viewed as shareware which is what I think PeakJet has become viewed as.

I posted this to Doug Foster in the hopes that he will respond to it or someone else from peak will.

I've been mulling over your comment. Here's why I don't give my real name:

> YOU LOW LIFE PIECE OF SHIT PUNK...YOU ARE MESSING WITH THE
WRONG DUDES........

The above message was sent to a dissenter who dared to express his negative opinion on the AFF thread. This person advised the VSE, who in turn recommended a police investigation. They also CAUTIONED against using one's own name in chatgroups.

SI is littered with crooked, manipulative and unstable types who would be only too happy to silence someone who interferes with their scam.

So, I rest my case and shall remain anonymous. Judge me on the relationship between my pseudonym and my words, not on the reason for the pseudonym. Good luck to the builders of real wealth and to all honest people.

Dear Doug Foster: I assume Peak is near out of money again. I have not seen one review or advertisement about NetMagnet. From all the hype coming from Peak's web page and from emails I have gotten from Peak I assume that the product is not selling either online or in stores. There has never been an announcement of an annual meeting which was supposed to be in January. I assume the bulletin board issue is dead. Why would Wien Securities risk bringing a stock to the bulletin board that starts trading at $0.25 U.S.? My guess is that they are backing out of being Peak's market maker.

One thing I find very telling is that many directors own warrants at $0.40 CDN and if the company is indeed low on cash, why is no one exercising those warrants to give the company much need funds. I'll tell you why........the directors are scared that this thing is heading down in a big way. In conclusion, Doug I think you desperately need to find a buyer of the company before there is nothing left to buy.

The above statements are my own opinions and assumptions, and no one should use them as a reason to buy or sell the stock.
