I was referring to "in their best interest". Hispanics will have less kids once they get better educated and women gain power. Whites do not need to worry or do anything differntly. Two kids is right. Everyone will be mixed one day soon anyway. Hybrid vigor-lol.

Have you considered what effect welfare & religion have had on the black & Spanish population? Have you ever stood in a grocery line where four out of five pay for their groceries with a link card? A father who stays with & raises a family of whatever number knows how many kids he can afford. But thanks to LBJ, the government now supports howevermany kids the mother pops out. And we, as a society, pay for their poor upbringing. A simpleton like you shouldn't be trying to solve our problems.
