If I were a wiseguy, I'd probably say it was because it was the end of the quarter and they ran out of money... again. They seem to run through $25M each quarter.

But I wouldn't say that, What I will point out is a new SEC filing:

This one formally sets out Amber's 48%+ control of JTS and the 30M+shares they have the proxy for from the 'key shareholders'.

Some news !!

JTS announcing a bigger drive 6.4 meg. Said evaluation units are $249.

Also the copy stresses the encapsulation that they use and how it contributes to drive life, installation ease and reduces RF.

This is a TOUGH business, gotta think the other guys are suffering right along with JTS.
