[OFF TOPIC] Hi Randal, I agree with you about SI. It's a business and they can do whatever they see fit. They also warned me that they have 2 attorneys on board in case I would like to sue them. But SI wouldn't care too much what you and I post, nor do they have the manpower to police the site, as long as nobody complaints. It's the poor fella who reports me that bothers me. Basically, he wants to find one of my violation to shut me up. I could have canned him with his own violation too but I won't stoop to his level. The whole thing started out a couple months ago when I conducted a hot debate mainly with Kovich about the pricing of the secondary. It was a hot debate for debate sake, but nevertheless we maintained respect of each other. The stock opened at 36 at the secondary - I said that it will be closer to 30 than 40, and Kovich said it will closer to 40, Kovich won, barely. Then there are people who jumped in the middle of the debate and called me names. Subsequently in one outburst, I made that R-rated post that lead to my suspension. On the Y2K thread, there were 3 individuals who got suspended after calling the company Consygen a scam for good reason. This co. has been announcing phony contracts for months. The co. threatened to sue SI and someone from SI also complained, and those 3 individuals got canned. Reason given: they made some X-rated posts by joking about "concubines". Good excuse. Check this news: yahoo.com "In the public interest, you shall not say that the air is so polluted that it's like smoking 40 cigarettes a day". Do you remember about a year ago, a financial newspaper in Singapore got canned because they analyze the state of the country's economy. National secret violation. Penalty: chief editor went to jail.
