Rumor has it that Billy Davis is in fact Doug Foster's evil split personality. Neither is aware of the other's existence. Look at the facts: 1. Doug was recently on vacation and Billy was recently gone for a day or two. 2. When Doug is around on the thread, Billy is nowhere to be found. When Billy is around the thread, Doug is nowhere to be found. 3. Doug and Billy were both supposed to be at the Investor meeting in St. Louis last month, yet only Doug showed up and Billy was not there. Very very strange.
