thanks Jurgis - I think that is just about right.

I'd think Eyaktek would have some legal remedy that would let them extricate themselves from GTSI given the Mentor relationship.

So maybe GTSI shareholders are left with:

+ GTSI's net assets without Eyaktek
+ some cash from Eyaktek buying back GTSI's 37% stake
- costs related to their legal mess
- any prospects going forward.

That doesn't sound too great.
