GTE's Valle Morado is 3 Tcf PIIP, and has been shut-in for years due to Argentina's poor fiscal terms for gas. GTE has all but shut in their Argentina oil production, decding not to appraise a norther Argentina oil disocvery Proa oil field. All things considered these are big mostly oil prospects for a penny stock. Argentina takes a big piece of the pie, but Argentina needs to encourage E&P exploration investment which has been declining rapidly. Watchlist prospect, no position.
