Welcome to the People's Republic of Wisconsin, and based on New Orleans (..the forever project..) the Corp could also fudge up a wet dream on a Saturday night..!!! Funniest situation: out west of the Green Bay airport developers built big ritzy homes for the richy-rich plant owners, muckitymucks, football players, etc. Turned out it's all on Indian Land. So, now if the tribe farts the City Fathers are out there with a vacuum pump to suck it up and whatever it takes to build them whatever they want. On a whim the Indians could recliam the land and boot the whole richy-rich crowd out into the street. "..Goooooooooooo, Tonto.."!!! .
