kenneth,

THATS a great way to try to make people feel guilty. just blame them for bad advice! but of course, listening to bad advice is also incriminating. Caveat Emptor, buyer beware.

also those stale but true rules: never listen to a hot tip, do your homework, don't copy other people's work, don't trust anybody, make sure to feed the cat, don't buy this company...

my idea for a $12 stock is for S3 to buy out privately helt nVidia and segment their sales between Asia and US. Asia can have Trio/DX/GX/GX2/GX3 and US can have nVidia Riva 128, and follow on chips. As new chips come, the older stuff can go to Asia where there is VISCIOUS pricing schemes.

S3 needs a high end. without, you gotta price it like a low margin company under severe pricing pressure.

The new Riva 128 has already made the GX3 (by rumor) a mid range product, not a high end.

Buying CRUS graphics will dilute shares more and do nothing to stock price.

if you are holding, i hope you double your money.

if you sold at a loss, my sympathy (and a smack upside the head for buying without doing your financial homework)
