I think you'll see that DSWLF weakened slightly before the report came out, then moved to 19-9/16, then suddenly fell to the 17.50 and the volume moved sharply up. This indicated to me that someone was making a market - the broker told customers to look for a buying opportunity on DSWLF because they knew the shares would be available. You don't just suddenly have buyers for that many shares at that price. Wouldn't be that many orders on for a thinly traded stock like DSWLF.

I don't believe this to be the situation with NTAIF. It started falling at the open and didn't find resistance until it hit the 18 level. Volume has been high over the last few days.
