They probably won't even hook them up. They're there for show. They have to make a display after they embarrassed a bunch of greeny moonbats who brought Carter's old solar water heater to the WH thinking they'd be eager to hook it up.

For some reason, Clinton never put solar panels or a solar water heater on the WH and no one cared.
