Or I just go to where it is more balanced with a sea of 'red' locals.. I just don't think the frenzied activity of all these non natives can continue even in our neck of the woods. They have no idea how poor and disfunctional the local rental pool in our right to work state really is as well as the cost of upkeep in this climate if they aren't flipping or moving into it.. If they just want cheap to generate income better to do it in Houston or Atlanta.
