It's high time that we take some of the smug out of these bastards.

The simple way to explain it to the various "government lovers" I run into is that we are spending $3.52 for every $2.10 we take in(source for that is the cia world factbook 2009 budget estimate)....spending almost doubles revenues, even the slowest of them seem to get the fact that is not sustainable....If we can just make the connection that its the governments fault.

If you talk trillions to folks, their eyes(including mine) tend to glaze over.

In a real wave election, the out party would win both houses of Congress like 1994. This is not a wave election because Dems will retain the Senate.
