Which is the point I made...conservatives resist progress... Hardly - we're the ones with jobs creating the technology. Like buying a Prius, the extra cost up front is not going to be recouped for a very long time (if ever) as opposed to buying a less expensive fuel economy car and begin saving far more quickly. In dumbo's stunt I suspect it'll take closer to 100 years to recoup up front costs. Solar, like the cure for diabetes, is always just around the corner.
