Ugh. Just got back to my desk. I got an e-mail back from SSL saying that basically the institutions had determined the price. I replied that the increase in the PP hours after it was announced indicated strong enough demand that the pricing should have been closer to the market but I guess my e-mail quota had already been reached as I didn't get another reply. Anyway...will have to think about this one.
