You don't have to -but I do go in there and vote against some candidates. It makes a difference in some down ticket races who gets elected (remember, I'm in Texas and the choice is often between a hack and an outright lunatic).
Again, since I'm in Texas, my presidential vote doesn't count. But we don't do that again for 2 years, and I think even you can see a difference between Obama and Palin or even Romney/Huckabee/Petraeus etc.
Rall and I agree on a lot, but not this.
