They had to resurface the roof and it was decided they weren't worth the cost to reinstall - probably saved us tax payers money. Obama's panels are photovoltaic and better than water heating models like carters but they will come at a very high price. Sounds like bullshit...here's a piece of conjecture from me...he didn't put them back up because he wanted to show rednecks and oil/coal that he was in their corner. BTW, it's very easy to re-install something than to do it from scratch. Al
