If Oils Banks Drugs are going to give away I find the next S&P support at 850- with semis out of the loop to lift these markets the only credible sectors left are Oils Drugs and Banks- S&P cannot maintain itself at 927 unchanged or lower if these stocks start selling. I will rather see some profound low however I think today's Nekkei action will be important to see if banks will face some more uncertainity.

Jer, I was not kidding that the short-term trend is down. Did you not take me to heart?

My view is that semi equipmakers are to be shorted on retrace up. And even if AMAT came out with good news, the sector cannot recover immediately and will be range bound. The fall was so fast and brutal that on any good rebound, sellers will unload. Lots of retail overhead supply.

Look at the darling drillers, look at them not able to hold their gains. If even you the permabull is not buying at these levels, sure
as heck no one else will other than for flipping the flux. And FLUX DOES NOT HOLD ... that is why it is called flux.
