<<There is nothing worse than paying Uncle Sam!>> I have to disagree. How about having a capital loss of over $3,000 and only being able to apply $3,000.00 towards tax reduction. Also, how about having a capital loss in a tax sheltered account (e.g. IRA ) where you can't write off any of your losses. At this point in time, I would love to owe some taxes due to my investing this year!

Gail, Why are you asking about a buy opinion from this guy? He's isn't graduated from college yet. He's been rubbing in the fact about the stock price going down, for a while on this thread. Everytime there is a tick down, he's there to report about it. What I suggest is buy at this level, with the idea we go up 5 or down 5. So, if you want to buy, get in, and keep some cash reserve for a 3-4 point drop. Mark

Gail, I'm not going to try to find the bottom. I'm just going to wait until the market starts moving upward and jump on board. I may not even jump into ASND. I see better stocks getting battered with better future earnings potential. As for selling, that's up to you to decide. I personally think we're close to a bottom but I'm not going to make any price targets since ASND has proven all bottom fishers wrong on this thread. Good luck! Cherio, Chi-X hath Spoken!
