In 2016 that requirement goes into effect.. but nothing says that the insurance you HAVE NOW (if you do have some), or any other private policy won't suffice.

And certainly there has been *nothing* 'mandating a $2500 deductible for all health insurance policies'. :-)

Yea but the dumb asses (Pelosi, Reid, Odumbo) also made it illegal to turn away anybody with a pre-existing condition, so the smart player pays the fines which are much less than paying premiums and if you get sick, then you sign up for health insurance, and you cannot be turned down.
